Kishwer Merchant Lashes Out For Her Unintimidated Layoff From The Show

Kishwer Merchant, an Indian television actress, and former Bigg Boss contestant, has always been a part of controversies. Now, it has been reported that the actress has been fired from the Star Plus show “Savitri Devi College and Hospital” without any prior notice.

The actor is said to be absolutely enraged at the producers for this inexcusable and blasphemous act. The actress has even called out the producers in an open letter to the production house, which she had posted on her Instagram on Saturday. She also alleges that she was not informed about her role being recast. Kishwer says she had come to know about her dismissal from the show, to her utter surprise, through a piece on an entertainment news website.

The actor added further that she had been waiting for four months before her character was finally introduced on the show. She recalled that in spite of hurting her foot she had still come to the set for the shoot but the makers had recast her character. The producers had even misinformed the new actor for the role misleading them into thinking that Kishwer cannot shoot anymore as she had fractured her foot and is, therefore, being replaced.

Kishwer wound up her letter on a positive note saying she was fortunate enough to be sacked from the show and swore to never work with the miserable team again.

Her loving and supportive husband Suyyash Rai also chimed in on the matter through an Instagram post, saying,

“SHAME !!! This is our TV industry 🙌🏻👏🏻 ……this production house is apparently one of the biggest production houses 🙌🏻 Learn to respect your actors…they are the ones becoz of whom you guys sell your show. I really had a lot of respect for you guys before this… Baby m super proud of you ❤️🤗 and trust me you deserve much more than this shit 🙂 they dunn deserve you. Love you 😘😘 always by you 🤗”

While the other version of the story from the makers of the show is yet to come, we hope that Kishwer recuperates soon and returns to the small screen with a zest.
