Coffee is one of the most drunk beverages all over the world. Whether hot or iced, millions of people need it to get through their day. September 29 is celebrated across USA as the National Coffee Day while on October 1, it is celebrated internationally. It is the day of rejoice for the coffee aficionados. Outlets all over the country are going to be offering many deals for discounted and free cups of java over the weekend. The one deal that is missing this year is from the convenience store 7-Eleven. They had a plan to give the members of their 7Rewards Program free coffee over the weekend but later decided to cancel the promotion. However, other deals available are mentioned below.

Dunkin’ Donuts: Across the USA, there are many locations that are participating in the celebration of the occasion. Any large or medium cup of hot coffee bought will come with medium cup  free of charge.

Wawa: Wawa is offering a cup of free coffee of any size on Friday to all customers. They are also offering a coupon for a free cup if anyone joins the Wawa Rewards Program or by doing a quick survey that is there on the Wawa receipts.

Krispy Kreme: Krispy Kreme is offering one cup per day of hot brewed or small iced premium blend for free. The offer is valid from Friday to Sunday at select locations.

McDonald’s: Participating locations are offering a small speciality cup for $2 for a limited time. McDonald’s is also offering coupons for a free medium cup of McCafé with any purchase made from the McDonald’s smartphone application. There is also an offer for a free cup of McCafé on the purchase of five McCafé drinks.

Starbucks: While the Seattle-based company will not be offering any deal for the day, in honour of the day, the company will take over the stores all across the country. Instead of menu boards, the company will share information about how the purchases of its customers has made a difference in the world.

Caribou Coffee: From Friday to the end of October, Caribou will be donating 10% of all coffee sales to CancerCare, according to the company’s news release.

7-Eleven: The convenience store while not offering the free cups of java to everyone, it is offering one cup of free coffee to members of its 7Rewards Loyalty Program from Friday to Sunday at select locations.

Sheetz: Get a free Pumpkin Pie Latte when you order through the Sheetz smartphone application.

Stewart’s Shops: From noon to closing time on Friday, you can get a free hot, iced or cold brew in any flavour.

Cumberland Farms: They offer a choice of tea, cappuccino, hot coffee, iced coffee and hot chocolate in any size by sending a text “FREECOFFEE” to 64827.

Lyft: The cab service will offer their customers a free can of High Brew Cold Brew Coffee when people take a ride on Friday. This offer is available in select cities only, in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, and Philadelphia.
