Day One:

When you reach Goa, first thing on mind should be saying hello to the Arabian sea. Explore these beaches of North Goa which are famous for their beauty, fun, and frolic.

Calangute Beach:

Popularly known as ‘queen of beaches’ Calangute beach is a largest and most recommended beach in North Goa and is a hot favorite with Indian and foreign tourist a. Indulge yourself in a plethora of various water sports like jet skiing, banana rides, parasailing and scuba diving.

Baga Beach:

After enjoying water sports, come to Baga beach which is always swamped with European tourists. Baga beach front is full of shacks, eateries, clubs and shopping outlets. Besides Baga beach, you must go for shopping at Flee Market of Anjuna beach which is very much part of any tourist’s ‘To-Do’ list.

Chapora Fort:

The day should be started by visiting a tropical spice plantation.This plantation is accessed through a bamboo bridge. This place is in natures lap. Tour of this place ends with typical Goan breakfast on banana leaf.

Mangeshi Temple:

This temple is most visited temple of Goa .This temple houses Lord Shiva, Goddess Parvati and local diety Lord Mangeshi. Mangeshi temple is amalgam of rich culture and great architecture. The highlights of this temple are, a seven story deep Stambh i.e. lamp stand, grand statue of Nandi bull inside temple, grand chariots  and an ancient water reservoir. This temple tells the stories of rich Goan history which is a mixture of Indian and Portuguese culture.

Cruise On Back Waters Of River Mandovi:

The second day in Goa would be incomplete without cruise on river Mandovi. Goa tourism department offers a variety of cruises during day time, but best time to sail around and enjoy nature’s beauty and golden sunset is in evening, when sun seems to meet horizon of Arabian Sea. You can watch graceful waters of Mandovi dancing on the rhythm of sea breeze flowing towards deck of cruise boats. Goan dance, DJ, music, party, casinos-full entertainment is provided on these cruises. When it gets dark, lights of parked boats seem to twinkle like stars in the dark of night.

Day Three:

Aguada Fort and Lighthouse:

Start your day by reaching Aguada Fort which stands on white sand of Senquirem beach, overlooking vast expanse of Arabian Sea. A thirteen meter high lighthouse is standing tall on this place which seems to stand like a protector from centuries. You can enjoy verdant landscape and mind blowing view of Arabian Sea from here.

Basilica Of Bom Jesus And Se Cathedral:

Now It is time to see major attractions of South Goa and visit the famous churches , which are an important part of Portuguese legacy. Basilica of Bom Jesus is UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE site. The mortal remains of Saint Francis Xavier are preserved here. Thousands of Catholics visit this place to offer prayers. Se cathedral is also a huge cathedral in heart of old Goa. It has a huge museum where you can see antiques and photos used in old age by saints and church members .These churches are not only places of worship but they have historical and cultural significance too.

Dona Paula Jetty And View Point:

Spend your evening in ‘Lovers Paradise’ Doan Paula . This place is famous for bird eye view of deltas of Mandovi and Zuari rivers. This is a stony beach and water seems to be furious. This place has a statue of the lovers who died on this place as the society didn’t accept them. High tides of water reach up to the platform of statue and seem to console the souls of these lovers. If you see around, you would recognize this place as many Bollywood movies have been shot here. You can also sail through waters for dolphin spotting from this place.
