  • Click on the ‘Settings’ tab on your main menu.

  • On the drop-down menu, select ‘Personal’ and click on the ‘Language and Input’.
  • There you will find ‘Google voice typing’; click on the Settings tab from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on ‘Ok GoogleDetection’.
  • You will now find a slider beneath the “From the Google app“; slide it towards your left.

Voila, you have now turned off your OK Google Detection on your Android smartphone.
